Copper Oak collects personal information you voluntarily provide, including through email and the resource request form linked from this site. Standard technical information may be processed by the website host to operate, secure, and improve the site. Copper Oak never sells personal information.
Resource requests and email-marketing preferences
The Microsoft Forms resource request form collects first name and email, the requested resource, and how the visitor found it. Copper Oak uses this information to record and manage resource requests and understand how visitors find its resources. The form records a request; it does not deliver a PDF or promise a notification.
The form records email-marketing preference separately from the resource request. Copper Oak uses that preference to determine whether to send marketing emails. Requesting a resource does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing. Questions or requests to change your email-marketing preference may be sent to contact@copperoakpublishing.com.
How information may be shared
Copper Oak may appropriately share information with companies or entities under common ownership or control, with service providers processing information on Copper Oak’s behalf, and with others as permitted or required by law. These are distinct from outside affiliate-marketing partners.
Recommending or linking to an outside affiliate-marketing partner does not give that partner unrestricted access to Copper Oak’s subscriber lists.
External services and purchases
Purchases may be completed through third-party platforms such as Etsy. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Copper Oak is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.
Affiliate disclosure
Copper Oak may recommend outside products or services through affiliate links and may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to the purchaser. Outside affiliate-marketing partners do not receive unrestricted access to Copper Oak’s subscriber list merely because Copper Oak recommends or links to them. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee inclusion or a favorable recommendation.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless the product expressly states otherwise. They may not be redistributed, resold, uploaded for public access, or represented as the purchaser’s own work.
Manuscript submissions
Copper Oak Publishing is not currently accepting unsolicited manuscripts, proposals, or requests for publication. Materials sent without a request may not be reviewed or returned.
